Best company going for benefits and taking care of their employee's. They have a bonus plan. Offer advancement in the company. And they have the best training officer I have ever seen. The people that I worked along side were great, and we never hesitated to help one another if and when needed. The amount of time spent on the phone assisting customer was fairly lengthy but really helped for us all to become the great customer service agents we were.
This was my very first experience working at a call center I knew from this point I never wanted to work in the office again. I absolutely hated outbound calling and it seemed like we were forcing people to pay off their hundred thousand dollar student loan. Extremely toxic place to work.
