They used to accept returns for online orders in store. Never ordering from them again. Such good quality and I love the styles of clothes.
The one thing that annoys me is that they label their clothes as "one size fits all" when its really one size fits small. Very disappointed ordered some jeans one was too big the other one to small and it was the same size, besides that no return shipping label so ridiculous, never had that problem with other companies. I LOVE brandy don't get me wrong but the 1 size fits all is so rude. America is not one size fits all and it is so rude to discimate over bigger people.
I ordered on December 5th so I could get these gifts by Christmas. When I checked, the order is "processing", whatever that means. Next, I emailed customer service. No response. Tried their chatline - closed down. Tried calling - they aren't picking up. BM has not. Therefore, they win the Worst prize this holiday season. Never, ever again. Tip for consumers: Don't do it, man. Find other places to order clothes. I'm really sorry I ever ordered from them, and I never will again. BM is the actual worst.
Products used: Never received since they are impossibly slow. They send a terrible message with their one size clothes. Even worse it is their policies and customer service. If you want to cancel the order just after was made, they do not cancel it. They do not send a return label, so you have to pay their expensive shipping again. The customer service is terrible! This store should not be in business.
There are a lot other stores that respect their customers and have good prices and reasonable shipping. If they want to continue in business, they should change their policies and have better customer service. This store is absolutely terrible with their return policy. I got a pink one instead of the red top I had originally ordered. When I tried to call them, no answer, I tried emailing them, no answer, their online chat room either doesn't work, or they don't respond.
This has been going on for a week, still haven't received my order. It's frustrating now. I wanted my order to be done correctly. Delivery 2 weeks late, a week after Christmas. Then no customer service. No one by phone. Chat doesn't work! Email just canned response! The company doesn't have a return policy, the quality is crap, and everything is "one size fits all" but what they really mean is "one size fits into our clothing Seriously, If I could write a lower review, I would.
They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a shirt for an event, the package comes with the shipping label and item confirmation and everything but is literally MISSING the shirt. I finally get the notification that the item has been delivered, the item was delivered half way across the country in the wrong location completely. Never shopping here again. Imagine if Regina George ran a company.
These people are unreachable by phone there is a simple message that says if you've reached the message, they're on the other line. Can you hold? Can you leave a message?
Yes in , they want you to email and wait for a response. Day 5 and still no response. Ordered Christmas presents and even paid for expedited shipping. Over a week ago. No shipping confirmation. No tracking info.
Called multiple times of day during supposed business hours. Online chat is never working either. Strongly suggest never placing an online order with this co. Ordered on line - they charged my credit card never got the my stuff!
Called them and we have gone around in circles for 2 months - they blame the shipper. They never have refunded my money and did not offer to reship products.
Only time I heard from them is when i reached out! This is a horrible on line experience - do not shop here! Products used: None they never made it to my home!
Do not order from them. You order a gift card and over 3 weeks still havnt recieved. Called, e-mailed numerous times no respronce. Shabby if not worse customer service. MY niece was dissapointed about not getting her gift for Christmas. Don't bother. I emailed them surprised why did it take 10 days - I thought it was on the way.
The response - they are moving warehouses. On top of it all they keep listing a customer service number to call with any questions - it doesn't work. I would seriously stay away from this company. As of Oct 9th - NO communication from them giving me an update.
Only time I have ever heard anything from them is if I reach out. Brandy Melville has cute, trendy clothing. It may be a little expensive, but it's definitely worth it. Everything is great quality and they constantly add new clothing and accessories. Shipping only takes about five days. I'm always happy with what I get at Brandy Melville. I definitely recommend this website.
I have bought at least 5 times from this shop. Size fit, Delivery fast, Easy to use. Love it. Love this store! Visited it in person and everything fit great!
Im about 5'0, thin, not very busty. My friend, who also fit perfectly, is 5'3, very thin, medium busty. I call them a scam also. Calling my credit card company tomorrow to refute the charge. They should be investaged. Things you buy through our links may earn New York a commission. Or take Dasha Nekrasova, the year-old provocateur, actress, and host of cultural commentary podcast Red Scare. A quick scan on Glassdoor, a review site for companies, reveals that hundreds of former Brandy employees have complained of discriminatory practices around hiring, firing, and pay. Early stores apparently sold copies of Atlas Shrugged , Commentary magazine, and publications from the Heritage Foundation and Cato Institute — a little libertarian, freedom-of-choice ideology slipped ironically in between lavender bike shorts and plaid miniskirts that only come in a single size.
Talking about it in public, or on social media, is a way of easing the discomfort of shopping there. Which points to another mall brand that millennials love to talk about.
